Holt's
Remodeling has served Berks County and the surrounding
counties for over 20 years. We are in good standing, active
members of the Berks County Home Builders Association,
Pennsylvania Builders Association, National Association of
Home Builders, National Association of Certified Home
Inspectors and the Berks County Chamber of Commerce. Since
1998, the first year of the Awards Banquets establishment,
Holt's Remodeling has received twelve awards for our kitchen
and residential remodeling designs.

Remodeling has also received the Home Builders Association,
Remodeler Of the Year Award in 1995, 1998, and 2003. Robert
Holt has served on the Home Builders Association board of
directors for two terms and has chaired the HBA Eastern Pa
Home Show for over 14 years.

Remove
hose connections
Have your heating system serviced
Change your air filters
Test your smoke detectors
Inspect all Doors & Windows for proper operation
Adjust door thresholds & check weather stripping
Check attic & eaves to be sure insulation is proper
Clean weep holes on all windows and doors
Make sure gutters and downspouts are clean
Check cover plates on outside outlets
Check handrails and railings for sturdiness
